The computer does the credit card charges automatically. We are not given a reason when a charge declines. Only that it is declined. Verify you have given us the correct numbers and expiration date. If so, please contact your credit card company or bank for information.
If no resolution is reached within 3 business days, this order will be voided.

In order to guard against credit card fraud, if the billing and shipping address are different, we must verify that the alternate shipping address is authorized.
Please contact your credit card issuer bank and list your ship to address as an alternate address in their memo field. We will call them and verify the address. Please make sure your credit card issuer bank's phone number is listed in your account with Dreamhardware.com.

Orders shipping to Massachussets and Colorado must be charged sales tax based on the 5% and 8.25% rates accordingly.

Place your initial order online and make sure to specify in the comments field that you are part of the Government or Educational organization and will be faxing us the Tax Exampt permit. After you have submitted the order, fax us at 303-265-9980 with your Government or Educational Tax Exempt permit and include the sales order number. This only must be done one time. If you have made several previous orders, Dereamhardware.com will refund your tax charge on those orders as well. Any questions, give us a call. Resellers: Tax: All customers outside of Massachusetts or Colorado will not be charged any tax. Therefore, there is no need to fax or set up any reseller tax exemption form. For California, Massachusetts and Colorado Reseller: please place your first order as normal, and fax over your reseller permit and this form with your S.O number.
