I orded an old K6-2 motherboard from this site because it was the cheapest I could find. Little did I know there was going to be great service (confirmation e-mail, tracking number, etc.) and next-day shipped parts. Like I said, no hassles and delivery as it should be.

My experience with Dreamhardware.com was an excellent one! I ordered a Thermaltake Indigo Orb for my P4 2.0 Ghz CPU. Not only did the product arrive on time, and in perfect condition; but a sales representative even called to make sure that I was orderering the right heatsink for my processor. (Due to the fact that there is a socket 423 and socket 478 P4) I will definately do business with dreamhardware.com again!

Unbelievably fast. Ordered on a Wednesday evening. Then I received an email the next day saying that my order was shipped. Then I got one saying that the package would arrive on Wednesday. It did. I expected about a week to "process" my order, not a week to receive it after I had ordered it. I will go out of my way to use Dreamhardware.com in the future. Great job! Thanks :)

Excellent Product, Great Customer Service. I had my order shipped 3-day UPS (guaranteed delivery or money back) and UPS mis-routed my package and it took 7 days to get to me. UPS told me to contact Dreamhardware.com and have them file a claim. By the time I contacted Dreamhardware.com and they contacted UPS it was past the 15 day cutoff for claims (Poor policy by UPS). So Dreamhardware.com refunded my shipping costs even though UPS was at fault. They didn't have to do that, but they did with no problem. I think much more highly of Dreamhardware.com than UPS. They are highly recommended by me and I will order again from them again.

They are very nice people to work with. My credit card got messed up on one of there orders. so insted of just treating me like crap they called me to see if they could help. i called my C.C.CO. to find out that they had mesed up and then fixed every thing for me. when I called Dreamhardware.com back they treated me like nothing was wrong and gave me a better price on what I had orderd. I would buy from them again and then some.

I had to call them to get a UPS tracking number however, it was not sent to me online as it should have been. But they did send my order out on time, it was received on time. it was well packed, and I would order from they again.

Ordering went great, was shipped promptly, item was in great condition. If I had one complaint it would be that the used powersupply that I bought was somewhat dusty. I would recommend that you clean up your refurb equipment a little better before sending it out. Otherwise store is great will order from again.
