| The day after i placed the order i realized i didn't need the product and sent a cancellation request before the item was charged/shipped. This request was ignored and i ended up being charged for the item anyway. The product worked fine although i could have gotten it cheaper elsewhere. I'm not terribly happy with this because i placed the cancellation request prior to shipping/charging and i should have never been charged or shipped the item. Better luck at newegg... |

| The only thing I would recommend is that you email the invoice when the order is placed. Most online stores do that and I assumed your store would also. That's why I didn't print out from the website. In addition, the customer should be able to go into his order and print out the invoice directly in case the first invoice was lost. |

| When comparing to other online shopping experiences, it's almost there but not quite.
The product was not reported as having been shipped until the day after its purchase (even though the product was purchased in the morning, plenty of time to be shipped same day --- IF the business is set up that way)
The confirmation emails were good and informative.
The package I received was partially crushed and the tape was ripped and smushed up. It appeared as if FedEx didn't look after it very well along its journey but it could have been secured better in the box when initially packaged. Nonetheless, the product was in there and works as proposed!
All in all, the online store was easy enough to navigate, order, and finalize a purchase. The product turnaround could be a tad faster but the prices are good and the product works as expected. Just keep improving and I'll have nothing to else to say! |
